Endo Biopsy -- What does it mean?

My doctor called to say that my biopsy report was benign..."nothing unusual about it". Then when I received the written report it says: "Scanty benign endocervical tissue with micrograndular hyperplasia and squamous metaplasia. Scanty weakly proliferative endometrium." Can someone please explain?

Thanks.
