Most of the time fibroids don't interfere with pregnancy; it would depend on size and location. With extremely large fibroids you might have premature labor. Occasioanlly fibroids grow during pregnancy. FWIW I had multiple fibroids, with the largest the size of an orange; all of my children are fine.
