You've already proven that you can become pregnant. Many women with Endo have used ferility pills and have become pregnant. Since you are under 35, it is recommended that you wait a full year of trying without any type of contraceptive prior to visiting a Reproductive Endocrinologist about not being able to get pregnant. Endo can affect your ability to get pregnant if it is obstructing your tubes, or if scar tissue is obstructing your tubes. Also, if your ovaries are covered in Endo, it can prevent an egg from releasing as it should. Endo is where the uterine lining grows on other areas OUTSIDE of the uterus, so it can be anywhere in your pelvic cavity, as well as other areas in the abdomen.
