You might want to look at the PCOS forums on obgyn.net to see if the ladies who also have this syndrome have better advice for you. Diet especially may help you and it should be compatible with your current restrictions. Right now though, it seems since this is now "affecting your life", seeing your gyn again is good a first step. Tough thing here is both problems you have will be ongoing requiring control rather than having a specific cure. Some doctors are better at managing chronic conditions than others as you have already discovered. Hang in there and hope you are feeling better soon. I know all too well how much those "little cysts" can really hurt, even though they are not "supposed" to! Good Luck and Hope This Helps!
