What's wrong with me now? Please HELP!

My former GYN told me everything was in my head and not female related. I insisted on seeing an endocrinologist. The Endocrinologist did multiple blood tests, said I didn't have PCOS, but I had Iron Def. Anemia. I was sent to gastroenterologist who agreed with/iron anemia. I cannot take oral iron and had heavy long periods. In October, I had a hysterectomy w/ovaries left (accoring to new GYN, ovaries were perfect) and endometrosis removed. Well, iron didn't get better. In April, I was dx. w/Celiac Disease (allergic reaction to gluten). Last month, I was dx w/Rosacea, because of the acne and flushing/red face. However back in May, I went to my GYN for a check-up and told him about pain on right side. He found my right ovary was enlarged with tiny cysts covering the ovary. Left ovary was normal size, but was polycystic. The GYN to let him know if it started effecting my "every day life". No follow-up time offered. I have had thinning head hair and abnormal hair growth on my face, upper inner thighs, around nipples, and between belly button and pubic hair line for about 3 years. The special diet for the gluten intollerace made me feel better and I've lost 12lbs, but the question is what's wrong now (with the ovaries). I'm due to go back to the Endocrinologist in November. Do I need to try to see Endocrinologist sooner? My next appt with GYN was to be May 2003. However, I called a few days ago and have an appt next week. The pressure in my back is almost unbearable and pain/pressure on front right side is slowly increasing. Does anyone have anything like this going on with them? I'm so confused and would greatly appreciate any help/advice. THANKS!
