My periods are not heavy or crampy. I used to spot sometimes a few days before my period. I am presently not on any BCP but my doctor thinks it will help straighten things out. He seems not very worried about it though. Guess i am scared of endo or worse. Was treated for mild dysplasia/hi risk hpv in feb., follow up pap in May was normal. Should i seek a second opinion or stay with my doc. and start the BCP? Thank you! >>-- I do not think taking birth control pills(bcp) is good in your case. there is some relation between BCP and dysplasia, I think there is a warning written on the pack that pills could have a role in development of cervical dysplasia.try using another method
