Call me paranoid, but the SEC was not watching (or were involved in) the corporate shenanigans we are suffering from presently in our retirement funds and stock market. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the drug trials were corrupted as well either WITH the FDA's cooperation or their ignorance. I have a feeling that there's more to this story to come...
