Estrogen Only Replacement Therapy

In today's news the National Cancer Institute warns that estrogen only therapy (given to women without a uterus) increases your risk for ovarian cancer. None of the articles I read mentioned whether the estrogen was limited to a specific type such as Premarin. The warning was not based on a random double blind test, but rather was observations of several thousand women who took estrogen over time. So, do these results apply to ALL estrogens , including body identical or phytoestrogens?
