Thank you for the feedback. I read Dr. Lee's take on soy. Hmmm, more
confusion on "just what to do for bone loss" and obviously more research
needed on my part - and might I say on the part of the medical
establishment. I forgot to mention before that I am early menopausal
being only 43, already osteopenic as I did mentioned before. I
understand that bone loss occurs very quickly in the first year of
menopause so doc feels the need to have me on estradiol and prometrium.
I'm thinking of staying on the estradiol and prometrium for one year and
then tapering off (and your suggestions were great for what I could
utilize as I taper off).
