My only fear is how my bones will hold up. I suppose a bone density
test every 2-3 months after beginning the taper would tell. Other than
that, I take a very good menopause vitamin regime (Christiane Northrup's
suggested vitamins and minerals), eat very healthy (although not usually
organic due to availability), exercise (includes weight-bearing). I
will look into receiving Doctor Lee's Newsletter and I thank you again
for your feedback.
