I have irregular periods sometimes the time gap being 4 months. I was diagnosied 5 months back and everything was told to be normal. My last periods was on may 19 th and have not yet had the next cycle. I had a pregnancy test last week and was -ve. meanwhile i am desperate to have a baby. I wish to know if i can monitor my ovulation time with basal body thermometers or fertility monitors. How accurate are these?! since my periods are irregular and very erratic will these be useful in my case? If they are useful can i start using them before I get my next periods? Will comid be of any use to regularise my periods? Pls help.
