Since then my periods have been on schedule. Because I've lost an ovary shouldn't I be only having a period every other cycle? Also, before surgery I used to spot regularly, just in the last few weeks I've been spotting very lightly almost daily , actually it's more been blood streaked mucus- could this just be from the surgery or something I should mention to my dr?
