> The source of the atypicality needs to be found first. With AGCUS, the endocervix needs to be evaluated and so does the endometrium. I hope your Doctor is going to do a hysteroscopy and D&C at the same time as the conization. Once the source of the abnormal cells is detected treatment can be planned.
