I'd discontinue all medicines and call your OBGYN real soon. Unless you were on Clomid or some type of fertility drug, no medicines would cause a false positive. Call you Ob's nurse right now so you can tell her abotu the drugs and your conditions and see if she thinks you shoudl confirm with a blood test. A line is a line. CONGRATULATIONS!
