After one week on, I had my period so I stopped taking the active pills until I'd made it through my cycle. My student pharmacy is closed for the summer, so paying for a new prescription is pretty expensive, so here's my question: Is it okay for me to continue to take the rest of this month's pills (2 weeks active and then the blanks again) or must I throw away this pack and start over. Basically, I'm wondering whether the estrogen and progesterone dosages stay constant throughout the first two weeks or whether, they vary day to day.
