Personally, I think you would be much better off and safer to use natural progesterone cream and phytoestrogens (soy, black cohosh, etc.). The synthetic hormones in bc pills may cause additional problems and just add more estrogen to your already hormonally imbalanced body. It is the progesterone (not the synthetic progestin in the pill) that you really need. Take care. BJ
