Colleen Some peoples tissues are better than others. This is probably the case with you. You were so stretched from the 3 large kids, and then with the poor tissue tone, nothing is holding. That said, you need a real expert to proceed from here. someone that is knowledgeable and very aggressive in the urogynecology field. Tell your doc you are not interested in leaving him as a patient, but would like someone that handles more difficult cases to do this next surgery.
