Pill , progest creame and testosterone

I am a 47 yr old woman on Ortho tri cycline. I am peri menepoasal. I am using Progest for symptoms, 12 days of cycle. i am also using testosterone creme for lack of libido, (I am on Prozac for depression)
In your opinion, What effect do pill plus testosteroine plus progest have ?
