Kelly Shanahan, MD, FACOG: "Re: Lower right side abdominal pain" Hi, I am a 14 year old girl, about to turn 15 next week, and I have been haveing lower right side abdominal pain for about a week now. I have never had this happen before, it feels like a cramp, and the pain is on and off. Like, every hour or so it hurts for about 15 minutes, spiradically, and then it goes away for a while, and then comes back. I have no clue what it is. I haven't had nausea, vomiting, or diareah and i can push on my stomach and it doesn't hurt and when i do my daily 500 curl-ups, it doesn't hurt then either. What is going on?
