Yeast Infection? I have also had vaginal itching for 2+ years which seems to come and go. I recently read that some people can have chronic problems with yeast that could cause both of those symptoms. Is this true? Recently I developed burning and soreness with intercourse so I bought a 7 day yeast infection treatment. Immediately after I used it I had major burning and itching inside and out for about 5 minutes. I have never used to cream treatments (only ovules). Is this a normal reaction or should I worry that I have a different type of infection? Thank you for your time.
