I have been breastfeeding (exclusively) (alternating between both breasts) and just noticed a hard, painful lump in my right breast. It is maybe the size of a nickle and is located on the side of my right breast about halfway between my nipple and my armpit. Is this what they call a plugged duct? How can I treat this?
