[Birth Control] Birth Control Pills & Biaxin XL

I am 27 years old and have been on the pill since i was 18. I have very regular periods, down to the day & hour. Every now again, depending on stress, it may come later in the day or the next morning - but 90% of the time it is here the same time every month. My question/concern is, i was suppose to start on Wednesday of this week - here it is Friday and it is still not here - very unusal for me. The only thing i can think of, i have been sick most of the month and the doctor gave me Biaxin XL. I know that some antibotics can cancel out your b/c pill - but the pharmacist usually tells me if the RX has a chance of doing so - no warning was given when i picked this one up. Can you please tell me if Biaxin has a tendency to do so? Thanks - Kristin
