I had some blood work done and now have questions

I went to my MD on Wednesday - I have been feeling very nauseous and dizzy for the past few weeks. I am 32, healthy, average weight(could probably lose a few pounds)and have had 2 c-sections - 1999 and 2001. One miscarriage at 8 1/2 weeks (in between the two full term pregnancies). Upon examination it hurt when she pressed down on my stomach, right underneath my belly button. I'm sure my symptoms were so vague she ordered a complete blood workup. I don't know all the numbers, but I do know that HCG was 1 (so I'm not pregnant)everything was within normal range except ESR was elevated. I have an appointment in the morning for a repeat test, an ANA and a lupus workup. (my paternal grandmother had lupus). I am a little scared and confused. And if I am diagnosed with lupus can I still have another baby?
