Jenni: This is unrelated to the pill- but I also had a clear face for 21 years then started getting acne in my hairline, which slowly turned into the rest of my face. I am 24 now and I have been taking oral medication to control it for 2+ years. My doctor told me that adult acne is actually more common that teenage acne and I may always have it. Good luck.
