I didn't get my first period postpartem until 2 months ago. First period was normal, the second - on day 27 I had sharp pain inside my vagina for a few hours, I started my period the next day. The flow was unusually heavy and lasted about 7 days. About a week after I started having a brown bloody discharge (enough to wear a pad)it lasted about a week. I am wondering if you could give me some idea what could be going on.
