I am 24 yrs. old, and yesterday I noticed a small lump (about the size of an almond) on my back. It is at the top of my pelvic bone, about an inch and a half to the left of my spine. It is not painful. I thought it was a knot in a muscle, but it doesn't seem like that. It is hard and moveable. Is this something I should be concerned about? I admit I am a little paranoid, because I just had a family friend die of cancer 6 days after his diagnosis...
