Apparently I am allergic to these clamps. I finally recieved my surgical report from the orginal surgery. In the report it states a Hulka-Fenwick Clamp was placed. Is this the maker of this clamp Fenwick or just the style of the clamp ???? Is there anyway I can locate this company to find out what this clamp is made out of ???? I have done internet searches and have not been able to obtain an address, website, phone number to the maker of these clamps.
