I had the same type of pain and after many tests (ultrasound, CAT scan, colonoscopy) my husband suggested a laperoscopy. He had heard of it from people at work that had the same type of pain. I did it a few weeks ago and was diagnosed with endometriosis. I am so relieved to finally know what is wrong.
