i just had my ultrasound a couple of days ago. i had a copy of the result, i can't understand some of it, except that i am almost 3 months pregnant.

here are the findings. this is the copy that i have my OB has another copy with many other pictures of my ultrasound.

---------------------------------------------- There's a live intrauterine pregnancy with a CRL of 51.5 mm. ---------------------------------------------- Good somatic and cardiac activity. FHT - 167bpm

--
----------------------------------------------
There's a 33.2 x 30.7 x 33.2 mm isoechoic nodule at the posterior wall
of the uterus
Adnexae were unremarkable.
IMPRESSION: PU 11 - 12 weeks AOG
Intramural Myoma
----------------------------------------------

i would just like to know what each line means. could anybody prvide me ---------------------------------------------- with the simplest explanation of each? like what is an "isoechoic ---------------------------------------------- nodule"? or an "adnexae"?

thank you.
