List of symptoms

Two years ago (about a month after a trip to Malaysia), I ended up in the hospital with a very painful and inflamed liver. The doctor did xrays and a variety of blood tests but couldn't find anything serious wrong and said I probably had glandular fever. About 2 months after that I started having memory loss and dizziness...general cognitive impairment that hasn't left me since. About 6 months later, my liver started to hurt again, so again I had more blood tests and another Xray that came back fine. About a year ago my feet, ankles, and knees started hurting all the time and I can't walk for long periods of time (I am 24 years old). I had more blood tests done for rheumatiod arthritis a few months ago and they were negative. Now, I am tired ALL the time, I can't make it trhough a day without taking a long nap. I am also dizzy a lot of the time too, and I can still feel my liver a little infalamed sometimes. A month ago my lymph nodes in my neck, arm pit, and groin became painful but that has subsided a little. Since about last week, I've been having slight cramping in my lower abdomen (similar to menstrual cramps, but I'm not on my period). I had a urine analysis done last week that I haven't been called back about yet. I am not a hypochondriac, but every doctor I visit seems to treat me like I am. I'm looking for some suggestions about how to better arm myself with information about what could be wrong with me.
