HI ALL, I AM THIRTY ONE YEARS OLD AND HAVE TWO DAUGHTERS. UP UNTIL THE LAST SIX MONTHS MY PERIODS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PRETTY REGULAR. FOR SOME REASON I NOW ONLY HAVE ONE PERIOD EVERY TWO MONTHS AND WHILE I HATE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT WHAT COULD BE SEEN AS FORTUNATE I CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH ME. I AM NOT PARTICULARLY STRESSED,AND HAVE NO SYMPTOMS OTHER THAN THE USUAL BLOATEDNESS BEFORE HAND MY PERIOD IS LIGHT AND ONLY LASTS ABOUT THREE DAYS. AM I TOO YOUNG FOR THE MENOPAUSE? IF IT IS THAT MY OVARIES ARE NOT PRODUCING AS MANY EGGS IS THIS O.K OR SHOULD I WORRY? I DO NOT WISH TO TAKE PROVERA AS I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH ONLY HAVING ONE PERIOD EVERY TWO MONTHS IN FACT IT'S GREAT. DO I NEED TO BOTHER MY DOCTOR DO YOU THINK? IF I HAD ANY PAIN ASSOCIATED WITH THIS I WOULD GO STRAIGHT AWAY BUT I DO NOT.IS THERE ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE THAT HAS THIS PROBLEM AND COULD PUT MY MIND AT REST? THANKS
