Yesterday I started Syranel treatments. I use the nose spray twice a day. I've got so many questions that I forgot to ask my gyn and more than just came up recently. Will u notice a definant change in your pain within a couple days or is Syranel one of those drugs that have to be in your system for awhile before they start working? I still have my cramps...

I am also on Orthocyclen....should I still be taking that? Should I skip the placebos?

Where can I find more info on Syranel and different treatments for pelvic pain/endo and laparscopy, hytstoscopy, and D&C? I will be having all these procedures done when I decide on actually having them done and a date.

Will Syranel effect my fertility if I want to have children later down the road? I am only 19 and I am not married and I know in my heart that I want to have children when I find the right man and I am ready for that.

If there is actually scar tissue binding my bowels together, like predicted, how will they fix that? Is that really serious?

Thanks so much.....I don't know where I would be w/o this panel. God bless!
