This smell is quite strong and the urine itself is cloudy. I have unfortunately experienced a UTI and these were the same symptoms. But these symptoms were visible only after it was obvious that I has the infection (pain, ect.). I spoke with my doctor after the UTI and told her I still had the smell and she suggested that maybe the medication did not kill all of the bacteria. This was months ago. She di prescribe something that made the smell go away. Currently I have no pain and no other common symptons of the UTI. Could this be internal? I also have not gotten my period this month either. I was given some medication to induce it about 1-2 months ago and I had some spotting, dark & thick discharge that lasted only a few days. But it was nothing heavy that could be mistaken for a period. I thought maybe the two may be related to possible pregnancy. Could this be? Thanks for your expertise. Next message: M.
