Sarah, Although I'm not a doctor, I use to be an epidemiologist working in STD's. Cloudy urine isn't necessarily a sign of an STD, although bacterial vaginosis does have a foul smell in the vaginal area. Chlamydia can cause pain when urinating or you could very possibly have another UTI. Caffiene and alcohol are actually two substances you should avoid while having a UTI because they are hard on your kidneys and can cause bladder spasms.

DO NOT let this go - even if you think it's another UTI because untreated UTI's can progress into the kidneys and cause pyelonephritis - and believe me because I've had it, it is PAINFUL!! And chlamydia can progress into pelvic inflammatory disease and cause sterility as well as a lot of pain.

If you don't have medical insurance, go to your local county health department (trust me, they'll take you and it's usually a pay what you can deal) or planned parenthood.
