Yeast infection with these symptoms??? In addition to this my vaginal walls are bright red and extremely irritated. My first diagnosis was baccterial vaginitus and a yeast infection, I used the treatments and it dwindled down until it finally seemed to go away for a little while. Then, it came back so I went back to the dodctor and was told it was just a yeast infection. For some reason, I find it hard to believe that that is all it is. My question for you is, could a yeast infection cause yellow discharge and such deep irritation?
