Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: Birth Control Pills - Normal Menstrual Period" On which brands of birth control pills do you get a menstrual period most like one when you're not on the pill? I need to get a period every month or I worry about pregnancy. I have been on both Loestrin and Estrostep. On both of these pills I either skipped periods or when I did get a period only spotted. Currently my husband and I are using condoms but I would like to go back on the pill. Any suggestions?
