I was 161 pounds and 5 feet 6 inches and which is a BMI of 26. At my gynecologists advice I reduced my weight by 25 pounds to a healthy BMI of 22 which made me feel great in other ways but it hasn't helped my endometriosis. You however seem to already be a healthy weight? Amanda
