late starting new pack (Orthytri-cyclen)

I am currently taking Orthotri-cyclen. At the beginning of the month, I switched the time I take the pill from early morning to bedtime, so as to be more consistent. Would this 15 hour window compromise the effectiveness of the pill for the rest of the month? I wasn't sexually active at the time so I didn't think about it, but my bf and I started having sex about two weeks later. My period was about 2 days late, which is very unusual, and seems much lighter. I took an early pregnancy test when it was a day late and it came back negative. Should I be concerned??
