-- I am sorry I didn't provide that much detail, her first delivery was via forceps because baby was R.O.T any way they perform episiotomy (standard) baby was delivered all was good, she was put on a drip we thought this was because her blood pressure drop very low during delivery and that it was just keeping her stable, there was no talk of 3rd degree tear and she was out of hosptial in 2days. 4-7 weeks later she was suffering infection after infection in both her vaginal and anus(back and forth to the doctors) sex was phyically impossible. The orginal repair was poor and the anal sphinter had been ruptured the secondary repair was carred out 6months later by both gyn and colorectal. She has been told that if she deliverys normally the repair will not hold together and
