This has happened years ago as well, so it may not be just attributable to menopause and/or vaginal dryness. I am wondering though if I could have a short pelvic area and perhaps the penis rubs on the vaginal wall causing the abrasion on the penis. After intercourse recently, I noted a blood-tinged discharge (very small amount) and it almost feels like I also have an abrasion right near the outside of the vagina. Have you ever heard of this from any other patients. Thanks for your help. I hate to run to the doctor if this sounds to be something as the above. Thank you.
