Thanks for your help. >Rebecca Rupture of the uterus is one risk of pregnancy after c-section. I agree that adhesions are most common cause of pain in this circumstance. An ultrasound may be of help if the uterus is already ruptured, but not before. Do your kick counts to reassure the baby is doing well. Personally I would not allow my wife, sister or daughter to be followed by a midwife in this situation
