Vaginal bleeding afte bowel movement

I am 40 years old,ad sometimes have spotting after bowel movements. I a SURE it is coming from my vagina.It only happens on occasion. I have endo, fibroid tumors,and an endometioma an my ovary.I have had paps done,a colposcopy with biopsy,several ultrasounds,a hysterosonogram,and a C.A. 125 all done over the past eight months. They came back fine, my cervix was irritated slighty. What can cause this? Can the endo bleed when you strain? I have read about other woman who have had this problem, none of us get answers it seems. Any thoughts?? Have you heard of this before in your practice? Thanks in advance Alice
