Kat, My mother-in-law had a laparoscopic repair of rectocele, enterocele, cystocele, and vaginal prolapse all at the same time. She had a very large cystocele. She is 64 and now 5 months post-op and doing really well - feeling great and walking 2 miles a day. The recovery was tough not from a pain standpoint but from the fact that it took about 2-3 weeks for her bladder to get back to working more normally. She had alot of bladder spasms at first. She did search out a doctor who does alot of these types of repairs every week. So, she had very good results. BEst wishes for a good outcome.
