Luckily the surgeon found no signs of endo, but pretty significant adhesions where my pain was located. He said my bowel was stuck to my abdominal wall about 4" long and a small part of my ovary was also stuck to the abdominal cavity. I have never had any abdominal surger and there was NO endometriosis. The surgeon had no idea what could have caused the adhesions. Do you have any idea what could have caused them?
