I almost never get breast pain at any time during my cycle. Sometimes I'll get a tiny bit of breast tenderness about 1-2 days before my period, but that's it. I've never had sore, erect nipples this close to ovulation. Is this common among newly pregnant women? What hormone causes this? Even if I'm not pregnant, I'd like to know why I got sore nipples this month after ovulation, when I don't any other time..
