I have always been very regular with my periods, and have never skipped one unless I was pregnant. My husband had a vasectomy 18 months ago, so unless that somehow grew back there is no way I am pregnant. I get very noticeable PMS symptoms, which I got as usual this cycle. Then when my period should have started, the PMS symptoms quit but I never did get my period. Right now I am 11 days late and am having no signs of my period coming. What could cause me to skip my period, and is it something to concern myself with. This is the first time anyting like this has happened since I started menstruating at age 11. Thanks in advance.
