Need advice-Bad odor-4 days post Leep Procedure

I am experiencing a sickening smell since my Leep last Thursday. I am not having the bleeding/spotting, but a nasty, yellowish discharge. I do know there was some vaginal packing. Should I call the dr. or is this part of the effects. My report did come back showing no cancer-something about inflammatory ????? I have had 4 continuous ASCUS paps since June.

I am sorry that I had to be so graphic, but I am very worried that this might be noticeable to others.
