He held up a mirror so that I could look at it. It was red half circle in the middle of my cervix. I thought it appeared swollen, but my doctor said it wasn't. He mentioned that he has never seen a mark like that before, but he did not seem at all concerned that it was dangerous. My pap smear was normal, and except for atrophy, everything checked out OK. Do you have any ideas as to what could this strange mark could be? Thank you.
