Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: [Birth Control] alesse 28" I am currently taking the alesse 28 birth control pills. This is my fourth cycle on this pill. In addition, this is the first time that I have taken birth control pills. I am beginning my third week of the pink pills, and today I found some blood on my underwear and there is blood on the toilet paper when I wipe. I feel like I have my period. Sometimes it is very lite on the first day. During the three days prior to today, I have felt achy and like I am having PMS. I have never had bleeding or spotting in between my cycles.
