I have PCOS and the only thing I had with my blood work was elevated Free Testosterone. I had a vaginal ultrasound to confirm the presence of multiple cysts, which is a definitive diagnostic tool. I take metformin to regulate my periods because I can't take BCP's. Good luck to you.
